Shipping:
Shipments will only be made to locations in the US and will be sent via UPS.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise:
All merchandise should be inspected upon receipt. If found Defective, Damaged, Lost or Short contact our Customer Service Department for an adjustment and/or return. Be sure you have our invoice or packing list. Keep damaged goods and containers until notified otherwise. We will make a satisfactory adjustment if we are notified within seven (7) days of our invoice date.
Refused Shipments:
DO NOT refuse shipments as this results in unnecessary shipping and handling charges. Accept the shipment and contact our Customer Service Department. All refused shipments will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return your unused product within 30 days of the original shipping date for an exchange or refund of the purchase price.
We do not accept returns for Clearance, Closeout or Special order items.
Returns for mistakes that are our fault, we refund your original shipping and return shipping charges.
Returns and Exchanges for which the customer ordered incorrectly, we do not refund your original shipping or return shipping charges. On Exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Returns are NOT accepted after thirty (30) days from date of invoice.
To assure prompt and accurate credit on returned merchandise, we ask that you follow these steps:
- Notify our Customer Service Department that your are sending a return. Do this via e-mail for our records.
- Include a copy of the invoice or packing list, reason for the return and whether you want a refund or an exchange.
- Absolutely NO returns accepted unless the merchandise is in original cartons in new condition. Make sure to include all pieces of the product including instruction manuals and warranty information. Credit will not be issued for returned material that is NOT resalable as NEW.
- NO returns are accepted freight collect or COD. Send all returns prepaid and insured for current value to:
